Planning fees reflect the time, expertise, and research required to design a personalised itinerary tailored specifically to you. Many clients find this fee is quickly offset by time saved, clearer decision-making, and avoiding costly mistakes.

For more complex trips, including multi-country or longer itineraries, planning fees are discussed transparently during the initial call so there are no surprises.

Any supplier commissions are separate and do not affect the quality or objectivity of your recommendations.

Yes. I plan trips worldwide, including Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas. Each itinerary is built around your interests and travel style. I have relationships with tour operators, hotels and industry professionals around the world.

 

What happens after the initial call?

If we decide to move forward, I guide you through the next steps and begin designing your itinerary collaboratively. I want you to get excited for your trip, and part of that is knowing what is possible and what is coming.

 

Why would I use a Travel Advisor when booking my airline ticket? Can’t I do this myself?

Sure, you can book your own ticket — clicking “Buy Now” isn’t the hard part. The real magic (and the real headaches) hide behind the scenes.

 

I’m the person who knows whether that “great deal” actually is one. Long layovers, best routing, 1 or 2 tickets, what is included, change and cancellation fees. I decode all of that before you commit.

 

I also stay on top of entry requirements, schedule changes, and airline surprises long before they land in your inbox.

 

My job is to make sure your trip runs smoothly from the moment you contact me, not just the moment you fly.
